These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Course + Coaching, Course + Implementation, and Course + Launch offers ("Services"). By accessing or using these Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services.

  1. Eligibility

Our Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

  1. Description of Services

Course + Coaching: This package includes access to our content marketing course along with personalized coaching sessions to help you implement the strategies learned in the course.

Course + Implementation: This package includes access to our content marketing course and additional implementation services where our team will assist you in applying the strategies to your specific business needs.

Course + Launch: This package includes access to our content marketing course, implementation services, and comprehensive support to launch your content marketing campaign successfully.

  1. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you will need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

  1. Payments and Fees

By purchasing any of our Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. Payment terms will be specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, and any such changes will be communicated to you in advance.

  1. Scheduling and Availability

Course + Coaching: Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Sessions missed without 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

Course + Implementation and Course + Launch: Implementation and launch services will be scheduled based on mutual availability and project timelines. Any delays caused by the client may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds

Customers are eligible for refunds up to 30 days after the purchase date or before the date of the first coaching call, whichever comes first. To request a refund, please reach out to [email protected]. Cancellation of coaching sessions or implementation services must be made with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid forfeiture or additional fees.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, including courses, coaching materials, implementation plans, and launch strategies, is the property of N2 Content Marketing or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

  1. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your confidential information. Any personal or business information shared during coaching, implementation, or launch services will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our Services. Your content, including testimonials, may be used by N2 Content Marketing for promotional and portfolio purposes with your written permission.

  1. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm or disable our Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unauthorized access to our systems, distributing malware, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the functionality of our Services.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

  1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, N2 Content Marketing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of our Services.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, N2 Content Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our Services.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless N2 Content Marketing, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from (i) your use of our Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any rights of any other person or entity; or (iv) your breach of any applicable laws.

  1. Force Majeure

N2 Content Marketing shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond N2 Content Marketing’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by N2 Content Marketing on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and N2 Content Marketing concerning our Services. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. No Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and N2 Content Marketing’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

  1. Assignment

These Terms and any rights and licenses granted hereunder may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by N2 Content Marketing without restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation hereof shall be null and void.

  1. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by N2 Content Marketing. N2 Content Marketing has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that N2 Content Marketing shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

  1. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing at [email protected]. 

  1. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute you have with N2 Content Marketing, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally. If N2 Content Marketing has not been able to resolve the dispute with you informally, we each agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy (excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) arising out of or in connection with or relating to these Terms by binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association (Denver Office), under the Arbitration Rules, then in effect for the American Arbitration Association (Denver Office), except as provided herein. The arbitration will be conducted in Denver, Colorado. Each party will be responsible for paying any filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees in accordance with the Arbitration Rules.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where N2 Content Marketing operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
